MSAJ Virtual Career Fair 2020

We are happy to announce that MSAJ will be holding a virtual career fair this year!

Our physical career fair this year unfortunately cannot be held because of the COVID-19 situation, however, since we still want to provide opportunities for both students and employers this year, we decided to shift to a virtual platform!

Our Virtual Career Fair 2020 (VCF2020) will be held on September 26th and 27th (Saturday and Sunday).
This year, not only is the VCF for next year graduates, but we are also looking forward to participation from students graduating in 2022!

AmiDachi 2020

Do you know that language learning helps improve your thinking skills and memory abilities?
Through AmiDachi2020, we provide a place for you to realize this!

AmiDachi2020 is a language collaboration program between MSAJ and Malaysian Student Association in France (MASAF). The program mainly aimed to encourage the exchange of language knowledge between Malaysian students’ at overseas and nurturing leadership and communication skills among students. Moreover, students can also create connection with Malaysian students from other countries and make new friends.

Students can participate either as a teacher or as a student! Japanese language class will begin on mid-July and ends on January. French language language class starts on mid-July and ends on March. French language classes are divided to beginner and intermediate levels while Japanese language class only taught at beginner level.

We are giving the opportunities to anyone who wants to study Japanese in a fun way! Come and join us!


Dapur Perantauan Contest 2020

Hello and Salam Ramadhan everyone !

In conjunction with Ramadhan, we are happy to announce that our cooking contest is back! We are aware of this coronavirus pandemic, and would want everyone to stay safe at home. Hence, this year’s cooking contest goes by the name “Dapur Perantauan”. Enjoy unleashing your cooking skill at your very own dapur, record it and post it on Instagram. Make sure to follow the regulations below to get a valid participation.

We will be having 4 different themes for each week throughout Ramadhan and 2 winners will be chosen every week. Here’s the best part, winners will receive a package of delicious brownies, cakes and cookies from Kantan which is one of the biggest bakery store owns by a Malaysian in Japan!

Event Cancellation and Postponement due to the Covid-19 Virus

MSAJ regrets to inform everybody that due to the current situation of the Covid-19 virus in Japan, we have to cancel our Hanami this year, which was originally scheduled for mid-March.

We also have to postpone one of our biggest events, our MSAJ Career Fair which is joined by many students and companies each year. For now, the date has not been confirmed yet, but we will update once we have finalized the details. For both companies and students looking forward to our Career Fair this year, we apologize. We hope that you will still be able to join our Career Fair later this year, so stay tuned!

To prevent infection, MSAJ would like to remind everyone to take all the precautionary steps they can, such as regularly washing hands and avoiding crowds. Be careful, stay safe and let’s meet at the next event!

2. Service Desk Analyst
· Handle IT inquiries/incidents or problem via phone, email, fax, web and other means set by the respective account
· Manages and provides management support to the agents who are supporting customer inquiries and problems.
· Responsible for the development and motivation of the agents and ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
· Proactively solve problems and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal impact on customer and employee satisfaction.

Skills and requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Good spoken in English, Mandarin (Japanese and Korean Languages Skills is a plus).
· Good technical knowledge in Win2K/XP environment, IE, MSOffice 2000/2003, Lotus Notes, Basic Network troubleshooting skills.
· Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically.
· Proven supervisory skills and ability to organize and clearly communicate thoughts and ideas.
· Must be willing to work in a stressful environment.
· Must be customer-oriented.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
