– Able to commit responsibly for one year (February 2016 – January 2017)
– Able to join monthly meetings & MSAJ events*

MSAJ KANTO DIVISION STRUCTURE
LIST OF COMMITTEE POSITIONS & THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES
President
Division: Higher Office
No of committee: 1 pax
Basic Requirement: 1 year experience in MSAJ
General Responsibility:
– Main lead of all MSAJ activities
– Responsible for the development of MSAJ activities committee
– Main MSAJ delegate towards Malaysian Government officers, MSAJ partners and collaborators
Vice President
Division: Higher Office
No of committee: 1 – 2 pax
Basic Requirement: 1 year experience in MSAJ
General Responsibility:
– Second main lead of all MSAJ activities
– Support to MSAJ President
– Share the same responsibilities as the President
Secretary
Division: Higher Office + Internal Office
No of committee: 1 pax
General Responsibility:
– Lead of all documentation work in MSAJ
– Manage MSAJ’s document database
– Create and develop MSAJ’s documentation workflow
– Produce MSAJ meeting minutes and official letters
Treasurer
Division: Higher Office + Internal Office
No of committee: 1 pax
General Responsibility:
– Lead of all financial works in MSAJ
– Manage accounting of all MSAJ’s income and expenses
– Produce MSAJ’s annual financial report
– Produce budgets for MSAJ activities
Bureau of Registration (Borak)
Division: Internal Office
No of committee: 2 – 3 pax
General Responsibility:
– Manage the MSAJ membership database as well as proceedings related with membership registration
– Leading team for registration related work for MSAJ events
– Executive support of the Secretary for documentation work
– Executive support of the Treasurer for financial work
Bureau of Web System & Media (WSC)
Division: External Office
No of committee: 3 – 4 pax
General Responsibility:
– Manage MSAJ Homepage (msaj.net) as well as MSAJ’s social media (FB, Twitter, Youtube)
– Manage MSAJ’s Email accounts, Mailing List, GoogleDrive and other online systems.
– Leading team for promotion related work for MSAJ activities (posters, photography, videography)
– Work closely with WelComm for handling inquiries from students, partners, and collaborators
– Work closely with WelComm for handling sponsorship from companies
Bureau of Welfare & Communication (WelComm)
Division: External Office + Executive Office
No of committee: 2 – 3 pax
General Responsibility:
– Main organising team for Welcome Party/Hanami/BBQ and mini events
– Leading team for handling inquiries from students, partners, and collaborators
– Leading team for handling sponsorship from companies
Bureau of Sports & Recreation (Sports)
Division: Executive Office
No of committee: 2 – 3 pax
General Responsibility:
– Main organising team for sports and recreation related events
– Representative of MSAJ in AYNJ Sport events
Bureau of Academic & Career (ACDC)
Division: Executive Office
No of committee: 2 – 3 pax
General Responsibility:
– Main organising team for academic and career related events (Career Fair, Symposium in Japan)
– Representative of MSAJ in MalaysianSymposiuminJapan (MSJ)-like events
Bureau of Social & Culture (BSC)
Division: Executive Office
No of committee: 2 – 3 pax
General Responsibility:
– Main organising team for social and culture related events (ASEAN Festival, Malaysian Night etc)
– Representative of MSAJ in AYNJ cultural events
